How to order

We sell to retailer and wholesaler only. Our ordering system is flexible and we can produce custom designs in any of the listed fabrics.

After providing us with an order in principle, we will send you a detailed costing budget that includes shipping costs.

We will require your tax ID#, business address and contact information when you place an order.

After your order has been accepted we will request a 50% advance payment to be sent to our bank account. When your order has been completed and is ready for shipping the outstanding balance must be transferred.  This is according to Nepali government export regulations. A certificate of origin will be included in the order. Production time ranges between 3–12 weeks, depending on the product and complexity of the patterns.

Delivery times: By air, approx. 5–6 days. By shipping approx. 4–6 weeks. We can provide a delivery fee estimate on request.

Terms

Unfortunately, PayPal is not currently available in Nepal. Until credit card payments and PayPal is accessible, payments must be made by a wire transfer to our bank account.

Return policy

The products may be returned within 15 days from when the customer receive the order. After this date, SSBU will no longer be held responsible.
